These Terms govern your use of services provided by Shenzhen C Friend Business Consultant Co. Ltd. ("C Friend"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
C Friend provides sourcing and procurement services in China's Greater Bay Area, including:
- Product discovery and supplier matching (Discovery tier)
- Factory visits and evaluation (Factory Visit tier)
- Full procurement management (Full Procurement tier)
- Ongoing sourcing partnership (Strategic Partner tier)
- Individual add-on services (Quality Inspection, Logistics, Factory Audit, Sample Procurement)

2. Pricing and Payment
- Discovery tier: Free for up to 5 inquiries; additional inquiries at $35 per item.
- Factory Visit: $250–$400 per day; remote visit $180 per factory.
- Full Procurement: 5% of factory order value, minimum $150 per order.
- Strategic Partner: $300/month + 3% of order value.
- Payment methods:
- Service fees (commission, visit fees, monthly fees): PayPal Invoice. PayPal transaction fee (4.4% + $0.30 per transaction) is borne by the buyer.
- Goods payment (factory price): Local currency collection accounts via authorized cross-border payment platforms (e.g., AED accounts for UAE clients). These accounts are restricted to receiving payment for actual goods trade only.
- Bank transfer (T/T) is available as an alternative for all payment types.
- For Full Procurement orders: Client pays 100% to Shenzhen C Friend Business Consultant Co. Ltd. We pay factory in stages (30% deposit → 70% after QC pass).
3. Order Process
- You provide product specifications and requirements.
- We source, verify suppliers, and provide quotes.
- Upon your approval, we proceed with order placement and production tracking.
- We conduct pre-shipment quality inspection and provide photo/video evidence.
- After QC approval, we settle factory payment and arrange shipping.
4. Quality and Warranty
We perform pre-shipment quality inspection per our Standard Inspection Checklist. If quality issues are found before shipment, we negotiate with the factory for resolution (rework, replacement, or refund). Post-delivery quality issues are subject to the factory's own warranty policy. C Friend will assist in communication but is not liable for factory warranty outcomes.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are quoted separately and paid by the client. C Friend coordinates shipping arrangements (sea, air, or express) and provides logistics tracking. Delivery timelines depend on shipping method, destination, and factory production schedule. We provide estimated timelines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, etc.).
6. Refund Policy
- Discovery tier: Free, no refund applicable.
- Factory Visit: Non-refundable once the visit has been scheduled and confirmed.
- Full Procurement: If an order cannot be fulfilled due to factory failure (bankruptcy, production incapacity), we will refund the portion of your payment not yet disbursed to the factory. If the order has been completed and shipped, refund is subject to the factory's return/refund policy.
- C Friend service fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated and work has begun.
7. Dispute Resolution

- We will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve the issue promptly.
- If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through the payment platform's dispute mechanism (PayPal Dispute Resolution) or through mediation in Shenzhen, China.
8. Limitation of Liability
C Friend acts as a sourcing agent and procurement coordinator. We are not:
- The manufacturer or seller of products sourced for you
- Responsible for factory production failures beyond our control
- Liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events
Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the service fee charged for the relevant order.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep business information, pricing, and order details confidential. C Friend will not share your business information with other clients. You will not share factory information we provide with other sourcing agents.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
