Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our service fee is clearly stated upfront. Factory quotes are shared with you directly — you see the real factory price. We never add markup to product costs.

What does "5% of order value" mean exactly?

It means 5% of the total factory price of your order. For example, if your order is $2,000 from the factory, our service fee is $100. You pay $2,100 total.

What if my order is very small?

We have a minimum service fee of $150 per order. For very small orders, this minimum applies instead of the percentage. This ensures our team can still deliver quality service.

How do I pay?

We offer multiple payment methods to make it easy for you:

- Service fees: PayPal Invoice (includes PayPal Buyer Protection)
- Goods payment: Pay in your local currency through our regional collection accounts — we have AED accounts for UAE clients and can open accounts in EUR, GBP, USD, and more for your country
- Bank transfer (T/T) is also available as an alternative

For Full Procurement, you pay the full amount (service fee + factory price) to us. We handle factory payments in stages (30% deposit + 70% after QC pass). PayPal transaction fee (4.4%) for service fee payments is borne by the buyer.

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Most clients start with the free Discovery tier, then upgrade to Factory Visit or Full Procurement once they've found the right product. No pressure, no lock-in.

What's the difference between Full Procurement and Strategic Partner?

Strategic Partner is for clients with ongoing sourcing needs. You get a lower rate (3% vs. 5%), a dedicated manager, free monthly inquiries and visits, and priority response. It's designed for businesses that source regularly.
